Only three of the top 10 are based right here in the valley of Two Cities One Vibe… so come on, Gautengers, let’s make sure a Johannesburg or Pretoria spot takes the win!
With just 10 days left to vote in this year’s Porcupine Ridge Pizzeria Challenge, pizza lovers across South Africa have spoken, and things are getting spicy! Thousands of votes have already been cast by fans showing their love for their favourite pizza joints.
Here’s the current Top 10 (in alphabetical order):

- Charlie’s Pizzeria and Coffee Shop (Benoni)
- Corlie’s Italian (Somerset West)

Voting stays open until midnight on 31 October, and every single vote makes a difference. Head to the official challenge website and back your favourite pizzeria to help decide who will be crowned South Africa’s Favourite Pizzeria for 2025.
The Porcupine Ridge Pizzeria Challenge celebrates SA’s incredible pizza culture, from coastal gems in Ballito and Gqeberha to neighbourhood favourites right here in Gauteng. It’s all about great food, great people, and great vibes.
The winner will be announced in mid-November, so keep those votes coming, and let’s bring the title home to Two Cities One Vibe!
